I love those swans! Very beautiful and elegant!
That is a big number on one of those birds... Sidney @ 2009-03-03 01:55:56
If swans could only fight back, there'd be one less biologist in the world. You know that can't be comfortable. Tempted to go for a pun here about holding one's head up high, and well I guess I just did. Yeah I'm a dork. Nice shot! 613photo @ 2009-03-03 02:37:51
Such graceful creatures. I see the one has been banded. I'm guessing they love the grasses in your lake. sherri @ 2009-03-03 03:48:16
They are lovely. So much grace in their movements and form. Beautiful shot. Laurie @ 2009-03-03 05:39:45
The neck reflections with the light of the grasses just tie this image together nicely, yz. Very cool. Stephen Phillips @ 2009-03-03 07:08:42
Wonderful composition and colors. walter @ 2009-03-03 09:24:37
They are such beautiful creatures. So crisp and white in the afternoon sun. Frida @ 2009-03-03 09:35:00

Are swans traveling so much that they need some trackability ? Nice shot. Jonas @ 2009-03-03 15:01:57
A gorgeous capture of these beautiful birds. I especially like the side lighting and how well you've kept the contrast controlled so the shadows are open and light. Well done. don @ 2009-03-03 16:31:20

very nice image and title yiannis krikis @ 2009-03-03 19:21:40
They look almost artificial, too pure and clean to be real.
It's kind of sad seeing that yellow ribbon on the neck of that majestic bird. It breaks it's perfection.
How did you get so close? Ilan @ 2009-03-03 19:59:00
Nice couple and colors Klaus @ 2009-03-03 20:12:16
Wow they got a big tag on that swan! I wonder if the other swans wonder what it is? Great shot though. Andy @ 2009-03-03 22:27:29
I like the strong color contrast here, beautiful.
