Grandma

This morning Grandma has passed away peacefully while sleeping. She was 98. She had a long life with a hard and difficult first part through two World Wars, a stepmother and a bad marriage, but then she had a happy and beautiful second part with a perfect second marriage and a loving family. I often took her portrait, this one was shot on her 93rd birthday. I took her last photo two weeks ago at Easter. She's now with my Grandpa again.
